Adrian joined Steed & Steed in 1982 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 1983 and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and subsequently qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Adrian has always lived in north Essex and comes from an established “local” family. Adrian specialises in both Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases including Buy-to-Let Portfolios, and the acquisition and sale of residential development sites, both locally and nationwide.
