Andrew joined in 2010 and is head of the criminal department overseeing the Braintree and Sudbury sections. He attends all types of interview under caution where Clients will receive advice, guidance and representation at the interview. He is often at the Magistrates Court providing legal advice and advocacy in all types of matters. If the case goes further and Clients need to attend the Crown Court then the file goes to Harvey and further advice and assistance is provided throughout the procedure.
The Criminal Department has a 24 hour emergency number specifically for those who find themselves in need of representation at the police station outside of normal working hours. It is 07794068621 and we cover Essex and Suffolk , sometimes going as far as some areas of London. There is no charge for the representation at a police station.
