Laura Buller

FCILEx - Private Client, Wills and Probate

Laura joined Steed & Steed in 2015. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in the firm’s Private Client Department.

Prior to joining Steed & Steed, Laura worked for several years as a paralegal in the fields of conveyancing and private client before deciding to specialise in private client work.

Laura’s practice focuses on assisting clients to put Lasting Powers of Attorney (property and financial affairs and health and welfare) in place so that in the case that they no longer have mental capacity decisions can be made on their behalf by someone they have chosen in advance.

She also assists clients to draft their will to reflect their wishes for the distribution of their assets upon their death. This often involves, amongst other things, reviewing property ownership structures where Laura draws upon her experience in the field of conveyancing when providing advice.

Laura is also able to assist with probate matters.

Having worked in client facing roles throughout her career, Laura prides herself on her personal approach providing bespoke solutions based on her client’s needs.
